Rachel Navarro has been designing and making costumes and props for theatre, television and film productions in New York City for the past 25 years. Upon graduating NYU, Rachel assisted legendary theatrical designers Tony Walton, Willa Kim and Frank Krenz on several productions from Broadway to touring companies. She has designed costumes for shows at Bay Street Theatre, Westport Country Playhouse, Goodspeed Musicals and several Off Broadway productions. She was also the co-costume designer for the National Tour of "The Boyfriend" directed by Julie Andrews. Rachel also worked with Rodney Gordon for 18 years creating custom theatrical millinery and masks for worldwide productions.
Recently, Rachel's work has been focused on prop design and construction for television shows including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Saturday Night Live, The President Show and Late Night with Seth Meyers. |
